Joey has been designing homes for residential construction in the Carolina’s for over 15 years. He has been implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and leading such teams throughout his career. Joey and his team are diligent in building accurate and robust 3D models of every house produced in our facility. Joey delivers the technical knowledge necessary to transform a design into a precision built product using state of the art manufacturing equipment.
