Detailed on-boarding process that includes analysis of each customers construction documentation to provide a detailed set of deliverables. Estimate a three to five-day process.
Pre-Construction
Pre-construction work with production manager and trades (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) to import design to Vertex system. This software will convert plans to panels.
Design & Engineering
Design & engineering for value engineering as well as education for compliance and implementation requirements.
Offsite Construction
Wall elements, floor elements, roof trusses and all relevant materials are manufactured under factory-controlled conditions with tolerances less than three millimeters.
Verification
Verifying that each plan can be built to meet architects' drawings and works for most efficient trade implementation.
Delivery
All structural elements are sequentially loaded in reverse order to facilitate on-site efficiency, safety and delivery to job site. We will build up to a 4,000 sq. ft. home with five framers and a crane in two days.
